1) Limited Warranty (12 Months)
Coverage. We warrant the product to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original delivery date.
Remedy. At our option, we will repair or replace any covered component that proves defective under normal use.
On-site repairs by appointment. When feasible, repairs are performed on-site by appointment. Appointment availability depends on location, parts availability, and technician scheduling.
Not covered. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, modifications, unauthorized repairs, and damage from shipping/handling after delivery. Consumables and upholstery wear are excluded.
Limit of liability. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part/product. No incidental or consequential damages are covered where prohibited by law.
Proof of purchase required. Please retain your order confirmation/receipt.
How to file a warranty claim
Email sales@stonehavenmedicalintl.com or call 714-386-8951 with your order number, serial number (if applicable), photos/video, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll troubleshoot and, if needed, schedule an on-site appointment or arrange return to our service center.
If a return is required for inspection/repair, we’ll provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
2) Returns (10 Days)
Window. You may return unused items within 10 days of delivery.
Condition. Items must be new/unused, complete, and returned in the original packaging/box with all accessories and manuals.
Shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss/damage in transit. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Authorization (RMA). Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA may be rejected.
Inspection & refund timing. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items. Custom-configured or personalized items, and items not in resalable condition, are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Request an RMA at sales@stonehavenmedicalintl.com (include your order number).
Pack the product securely in the original box with all included materials.
Ship to the address provided in your RMA using a trackable, insured carrier.
Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
3) Shipping Damage or Missing Parts
Report shipping damage immediately upon receipt and make note of damage on Bill of Lading. Failure to not sign for damage will result in shipper not being responsible for damaged goods and will not provide credit.
